As with any authentic raw gemstones, you may notice inclusions, giving the appearance that the stone is flawed (it's not). This is simply the natural formation of the crystal. Care Instructions:
Please care for your jewelry by avoiding wearing in the water, avoiding use with perfumes or chemicals, and polishing with a microfiber cloth after wearing. As the chain is gold-plated, a natural tarnish may develop with time.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (The order preparation timeframe may extend to 7 business days during the busy holiday season.)
We send all of our orders via USPS first class mail with tracking, which will add an additional 5-7 business days (depending on destination) until you receive your package. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer $5.99 flat rate standard shipping (5-10 business days) within the continental U.S. only.
