Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. (The order preparation timeframe may extend to 7 business days during the busy holiday season.)  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5.99 flat rate standard shipping (5-10 business days) within the continental U.S. only. 

Free standard shipping is available to orders $75+.

Local pickup

Do you live in the Twin Cities area (MN)? You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup! After placing your order and selecting the "local pickup" option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. 

Your local pickup date and time will be coordinated via email (via hello@ashandflore.com) after placing your order. Please have your order confirmation email (or order number) with you when you come to retrieve your order.

 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back again soon!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (hello@ashandflore.com) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ashandflore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to PO boxes

By law, only orders shipped via our USPS carrier can be delivered to a PO Box. If there are issues in processing a PO Box order for shipment, we will contact you via the email address you enter when placing your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (minus the shipping costs for the return). 

(NOTE: Due to hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.)

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ashandflore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
